Industrial Pallets

Industrial pallets to match your racking and load

Steel and heavy-duty pallets sized and rated to work with your racking system, not bought as an afterthought.

Overview

Details

A pallet rated to the wrong load or sized wrong for your beam pitch undermines the racking system it sits in — so we supply steel pallets and heavy-duty pallet formats engineered to match the racking, load and handling equipment we’ve already specified for you.

Steel pallets suit repeated heavy use, washdown environments and export where wood isn’t an option; we size deck, entry and load rating around your actual product, not a generic catalogue pallet.

Highlights
  • Sized to match your racking beam pitch and bay width

  • Washdown and export-suitable — no wood, no fumigation

  • Two-way or four-way forklift entry
  • Stackable empty for efficient storage when not in use

FAQ

Questions we get asked before every order

Wood works for many operations — steel pallets are for repeated heavy use, washdown/hygiene environments, or export where wood needs fumigation certification and steel doesn’t.

We size pallets to your actual bay width and beam pitch — send us your racking spec (ours or another supplier’s) and we’ll confirm fit.

Based on your heaviest product plus a safety margin — tell us the product weight and we’ll spec the pallet and cross-check it against your racking’s rated load.

Four-way entry suits mixed forklift and pallet-truck access from any side; two-way is a lower-cost option where entry direction is fixed. We’ll recommend based on your handling equipment.
