A mezzanine floor adds a structural steel platform above existing floor space — storage, office, or a picking level above racking — without the cost or time of a new building. The structure is engineered from the ground up around what will sit on it and what’s underneath it.
We design the column grid around your existing layout (racking, machinery, aisles), size the deck for the point and distributed loads it will carry, and supply staircases, handrails and goods-lift openings as part of the same structure, not an afterthought.
