Pallet Racks

Selective pallet racking, engineered to your load chart

The workhorse system: 100% pallet selectivity, adjustable levels and load ratings from 500 kg to 5,000 kg per beam pair.

Overview

Direct access to every pallet, every time

Selective pallet racking gives a forklift direct access to each pallet position, which makes it the right default for operations with a wide SKU mix and fast-moving stock. Uprights are roll-formed from high-tensile steel with a 75 mm slot pitch; box-section beams lock in with safety clips so levels can be repositioned without tools.

We size the system around your pallet — weight, footprint, overhang and stack height — then check it against your building’s clear height, sprinkler layout and MHE turning radius before quoting.

FAQ

Questions we get asked before every order

We start from your heaviest pallet, add a safety factor, and confirm the beam and upright sections against that. The rated UDL is then stamped on a load-notice plate fixed to every run, so the floor team always knows the limit.

Standard systems in stock sections are dispatched in 2–3 weeks from drawing approval. Non-standard heights, galvanised finishes or large phased projects typically run 4–6 weeks.

Yes. Our own erection crews mark out, erect, plumb and anchor the system, then hand over a signed checklist with anchor torque values and the load chart.

That’s the point of the system. Beam levels move on a 75 mm pitch, and we keep standard sections in stock so you can add bays or change levels years later.

Every project ships with a layout drawing, load calculations, material test certificates and the load-notice plate artwork — the usual audit pack.

We supply and install across India, with crews mobilised from Ludhiana. Export enquiries are handled case by case.
